BY USING THE TEMPLATES, YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS INSURANCEAGENTFORMS.COM AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO: (A) ANY COMMUNICATION YOU SEND USING OR ADAPTED FROM A TEMPLATE; (B) YOUR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY APPLICABLE LAW, REGULATION, OR LICENSING REQUIREMENT; (C) ANY CLIENT, REGULATOR, OR THIRD-PARTY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE TEMPLATES; OR (D) YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY TEMPLATE WITHOUT INDEPENDENT REVIEW.
8. Professional Responsibility
You remain solely and independently responsible for all professional duties owed to your clients, including accurate communication of coverage terms, required disclosures, timely follow-up, and documentation. The Templates are convenience tools only and do not relieve you of any professional obligation.
9. Changes to Templates and This Disclaimer
We may add, modify, or remove Templates at any time, and may update this disclaimer. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
