Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and InsuranceAgentForms.com covering your use of insuranceagentforms.com and everything on it. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. Who may use it

The service is built for insurance professionals and their staff. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you sign up for an agency, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Accounts

• Give accurate information when you register, and keep it current.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything your staff do with it.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has your credentials.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms.

3. Subscription, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page. The price you start at is the price you keep — existing subscriptions retain the price they were created at, so a later increase applies only to new subscribers.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running to the end of the period already paid for.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable. If something has gone wrong, email us — we would rather sort it out than argue about it.
• Taxes, if any apply, are your responsibility.

4. What you may do with the content

While your subscription is active, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your agency to use the templates, scripts, reference articles, proposal wording and signable forms in the ordinary course of your insurance business.

You may:

• Send the wording to your own clients and prospects, edited however you like.
• Let everyone who works for your agency use the account. It is priced per agency, not per seat.
• Keep copies of anything you have sent, including after you cancel.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, republish or distribute the content as a product, service or resource of your own.
• Share your login outside your agency, or pool one subscription across separate agencies. Multi-location and network arrangements are available — see agency networks.
• Scrape, bulk-export or systematically copy the library, by any automated means.
• Use the content to build, train or improve a competing product or dataset.

We own the library and all rights in it. Wording you write yourself remains yours.

5. It is a starting point, not advice

This is the part that matters most, and it is set out in full in the disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

• Nothing here is legal, compliance, tax or E&O advice, and nothing here is coverage advice.
• We are not a carrier, MGA, surplus lines broker or licensed producer. Nothing on this site binds, issues or amends insurance of any kind.
• You must review and adapt every template before you send it. Regulations, carrier requirements and disclosure duties vary by state and by line of business, and they change.
• Text-message templates must be used in compliance with the TCPA and any applicable consent rules. Having consent to text a client is your responsibility.
• Nothing here guarantees a sale, a response, retention or any other outcome.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we add and revise content regularly — the library you see today will not be identical in a year.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully, or to send anything deceptive or harassing.
• Do not attempt to breach security, access another account, or probe the paywall.
• Do not upload malware or interfere with the service's operation.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold InsuranceAgentForms.com harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, from anything you send using it, or from your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced before they take effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction.

13. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and the disclaimer, are the entire agreement between us about the service.
